Hair loss Self Diagnosis

01

Family history

If you are a parent of an adult or an older adult, a brother or sister who is worried about hair loss, you should be careful about hair loss.

02

My hair is weak

As hair loss progresses, the hair on the frontal and parietal areas becomes tapered and softened

03

Hairline goes up

For men, after puberty, the hairline of the forehead gradually changes from circular to M-shaped, and the person with hair loss progresses to the back of the hairline, and the M-shape becomes deeper. If such changes occur and hair becomes thinner, hair loss should be suspicious.

04

The hair of the parietal region becomes thinner

If the hair on the top of the head is missing and the density is getting thinner and the hair tapered, the scalp will look better. This is the initial symptom that is common in female hair loss.

05

The hair grows thicker in other parts of the body.

Another symptom of hair loss is hair on the arms, legs, chest, and beard, which are exceptionally thick and numerous.

06

The amount of dandruff grow.

Dandruff and sebaceous gland discharge from the scalp and dried out on the stratum corneum.

07

Checking for missing hair

If you wake up in the morning, and you have more than three to four hairs on your pillow, or you see some hair lying on the floor after drying it, you may suspect hair loss. Also, if the number of your hairs dropped more than 100 per day, it is a sign of "pathological hair loss."

TIP

Pulled Test

If you spread your palm and lift your hair with the five fingers, usually, up to 2 and an average of 1-1.5 hair is lost. But when you lose more than 3-4 hairs every occurrence, you may have a strong suspicion of hair loss.
